The real estate team providing the legal advice to the client consisted of partners Miroslav Dudek and Gabriela Špak Porupková. The transaction was closed on 21 December 2021. The parties decided not to disclose the value of the transaction.

The acquisition was financed partially by a consortium of four banks – Erste Bank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International, Raiffeisen Bank Romania and BCR.
